If you already have a domain name and just need to create the layout, the look and feel and the contents of your site, then Zoho Sites can help. Zoho Sites has prepared so many templates you can use so the layout and the look and feel of website is already there, you don't have think hard anymore how to present the content of your website. Instead you can juts purely focus on the content itself, so you can save so much time. And if some parts of the template is not according to your taste, you can definitely remove them or change them as you feel doing so. I like it better than quickbooks but OF course it doesnt get automatically included in profit and loss statement **What problems is Zoho Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping up with the accounts receivable is not very easy. I can easily send statements, reminder emails and can easily keep track of the accounts that are past due. No more having to search for things.. I can easily do a search using key words as well. ### 27. There are a TON to choose from and a lot have more functionality. But sites like Salesforce are very expensive. If you are just looking to get basic CRM function at a good price, then Zoho is the right choice. **What problems is Zoho Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Zoho to manage leads, customers, prospects etc. It is our primary CRM. We have realized some benefits such as an increased visibility to our customers and prospects. ### 28. You can get the info you need. You do need to set it up on the front end and populate it but if you do then you will love it. **What problems is Zoho Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking sales and prospects is made simple with Zoho.
