I find Zoho Sign very cost-effective, and it does everything we need that more expensive tools like DocuSign do. It includes all the essential features—collecting signatures, following up, resending e-signature requests, and nudging recipients when needed. I also like that I can place signature fields in precise locations, add stamps, and even secure documents with OTP-based authentication. Overall, it’s incredibly useful for documentation at every level of contractual work, from straightforward employment agreements to more complex client contracts. Everything gets handled and organized through Zoho Sign. Setup was simple as well, and I didn’t find it difficult at all. Zoho sign performs well for all the recepients of the contract/document as we receive the completed copy directly in our mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Sign? I think the UI and overall UX could be improved. Aside from that, from a features standpoint, it’s on par with the other contract-signing tools I’ve used. It makes it easy to collect signatures, keep everything documented in one place, and feel confident that the process is legally valid. Overall, it helps streamline agreements as well as onboarding processes. We can also remind the recepient directly from the tool in case there is a delay in sigining. Zoho Sign is ideal for keeping all important documents in one place, especially those that need to be signed. Additionally, I like that it preserves the integrity of the documents by allowing the locking of signed documents to prevent any attempt to copy or edit their content without authorization. The fact that documents cannot be created directly from the platform to then be edited as needed is a significant limitation… currently, it is necessary to upload documents already created in Word or PDF. It is intuitive, allows you to create multiple types of contracts or documents that require a firm. Additionally, you can personalize your form documents quickly. When customizing contracts, there are many changes in font, size and spacing. Even though the support team tried to help, the problem persists. So time is wasted arranging the document at the end. They have a lot of problems with custom fields that are extracted from the CRM. Because they do not have much compatibility with the fields of the app. It does not give you the possibility to make font and size changes when creating a template, so it makes the process at the end for customizing the document very tedious.
