What do you like best about Zoho Show?

Zoho Show is one of the best alternatives to Microsoft Office 365. While it offers several features, such as spreadsheets, text editor, and slideshows, I use it mostly for creating presentations. And believe it, it's a breeze. It's like an online version of Microsoft PowerPoint with lots of assets available, making the process easy. What do you dislike about Zoho Show?

"Great Budget - Friendly Office 365 Alternative"

What do you like best about Zoho Show?

The pricing is very cheap compared to an Office 365 or Google workspace for business use. The User Interface is also friendly and very well organised. We can even upload PPT files from other office applications. The sharing and collaboration feature is great if you use Zoho as a solution for your enterprise needs. There is even an option to embed content through an embed code option under add ons, so it is easier to embed YouTube videos or any other media to your presentation. What do you dislike about Zoho Show?

It is not as feature-rich as MS Office and the interface is not that fast and fluid either also the theming options are limited. There is no offline application like MS Office. The online application doesn't always save the work if the internet connectivity goes, which can be a big disadvantage as you may lose your important work. It also fails to be stable when a heavy sized presentation file is uploaded. The mobile version of the software is not well polished and is unstable, hence accessing files on the go can be a little difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho Show:

Zoho Show is a web app that allows you to create slideshows wherever you are. You have an online media library of all media you have used before, the ability to add customer fonts and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Show?

There are some key features I would like to see that you know from PowerPoint or other solutions, like: changing the slideshow format to whichever resolution you like. You can only choose from 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10, but you can't change the resolution. Also I would like to have the sorter view you know from Powerpoint and be able to group slides. What I like about using Zoho slides is it is already in our work drive system, so I can work off the files and don't have to worry about changes not being saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
