Not because it solves math, numbers and equations, etc. But, because it helps us save money with free service. And aside from that it is a great help in many ways for us working on sales and numbers and data to make them sense. At time, versioning to keep track of changes is important and Zoho Sheet does have that available. And the newly introduced version of Zoho Sheet makes it even better. Zia which is the artificial intelligence builtin within Zoho Sheet can help analyze data and can give appropriate insights and suggestions on possible things or functions to do to make the data even more useful and effective. Likewise, sometimes, we are bombarded with too much data that we get overwhelmed and end up empty handed. However, Zoho has greatly improved the product since it was first released. - Collaborative working is great when everyone a) knows what they are doing and b) is on board with teamworking. This isn't a problem with the software itself and is common to any collaborative online tool, but online, realtime updates/amendments from multiple sources isn't always the happy, productive process that is portrayed! **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Sheet:** Zoho Sheets is no longer a basic, light programme with few features and a 'poor relation' of more popular products.
