I particularly love that it also has support for Visual basic. It has been very helpful to me and my team for collaborating online to generate large spreadsheets, and charts for software development projects. We have also found sharing the projects very easy and it helps you keep track of real time progress of your work. It is also easy to convert your documents to the regular .xls form with this. I love using it! **What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet?** Not much to dislike, in particular. It is just not as easily accessible as the spreadsheet version of Google, to handle spreadsheets on cloud. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Sheet:** Although this is not as easily accessible, and does have a lot of features which are not available for free, it is totally worth it. **What problems is Zoho Sheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team and I have used it to keep track of the grades of our students and keep the professors updated about their progress. Other than that, it has also been helpful in generating software development documents and sharing content with each other. ### 2. You can export the file in the industry standard extension, too. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet?** This software is strictly cloud based. For me, that is both a plus and a minus. I wish they would have a version that could be installed on your computer. **What problems is Zoho Sheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just like the other 3 main competitors out there, you can do everything in the cloud and share it amongst your colleagues. Since it is so easily integrated with other apps and provides all the features you would want in an excel document along with the automatic mathematical functions, and chart generators, I have found myself relying more on this. It is great to store the documents and sheets online and have multiple people work on the document/share with them. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet?** It does not work well on my phone and sometimes the formats are not converted directly and I have to rely on another service to convert them to the regular xls formats. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Sheet:** Absolutely love using this product and it provides a lot more facilities to generate great excel documents. **What problems is Zoho Sheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally to manage the records of admissions and other data of individuals, generate progress statistics and mainly to share this information with other advisors and colleagues. It's easy to use and easy to save the spread sheets, not to mention download and share them too. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet?** There are less formulas than with Microsoft Office, but as a basic tool it's ideal for those who need a quick spreadsheet that they can edit on the go **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Sheet:** If you're looking for basic functionality than this is definitely something you should be looking at, whilst not as flash as google docs in the online cloud based document side of thing, it gets the job done and definitely moves faster with less people on the servers all the time. It would be interesting that they continue to expand functions other than classic spreadsheets, for example to make accounting sheet formats. Real time updates across all users is by far the best feature. That's really big to me. Basically if you're using Zoho as a primary platform for collaboration, this seems like a no brainer to me rather than keeping some things on Google Docs but everything else on Zoho. I also like that you can upload Excel docs to Zoho and have everything converted. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet?** It doesn't seem as powerful as Excel for creating a new document - at the very least for slightly more advanced functions, it takes some searching. It actually is visually very similar to Excel, which I would have preferred a more modern Google Sheets/cloud based looking platform. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Sheet:** I would just use google sheets if you are looking for a shareable spreadsheet online that you can share with other collaborators.
