One of the things I like the most is the intuitive interface. I am not a spreadsheet expert, but Zoho Sheet has made my life easier with its simple functions and easy to understand layout. On their Product landing page, UI UX is old and bad where you cannot find the CTO primary button and Also CRO messing. If a user can visit their landing page they are confused about starting their products. I believe it's the most effective and bad reputation for their business and their Revenue outcomes. Instant access to campaign performance data made it possible to make quick changes and maximize ad spending. My team was able to collaborate easily on plans because to collaborative capabilities, which resulted in united and consistent marketing campaigns. It is a great spreadsheet tool to work with, especially with teams in real-time. Sharing files with the team and keeping everything updated has been very easy with the ZOHO sheet. I use it daily to find leads and their info. Someone who has experience with MS Excel can easily understand and get used to ZOHO sheets. It is one of the easiest tools to bulk update zoho crm. I had to update multiple fields and multiple records and since I had that data already in my excel sheet, it was easy to paste it in zoho sheets at once. So user friendly from that perspective. I understood that this tool is a special purpose tool and may not be as easy to deal with as a regular microsoft excel or google sheets. For example, I cannot just paste a date from excel into zoho sheet and expect it to work across date formats. It doesnt. Similarly null value handling is different in excel and zoho sheets. What problems is Zoho Sheet solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem I had was updating zoho crm. I had 100k leads in zoho crm and hence I could not export, update, import. Bulk update feature can update only 1 field at a time. So what I did was to open zoho crm sheet view and make the related changes and then save the file. So those changes got reflected in my crm.
