I use Zoho Sheet for all the data processes, including day-to-day operations, updating, and sharing the collected data, as well as for report and formula tasks and importing sheets and designing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Sheet? Zoho Sheet seems to be a basic, low-level copy of Google Sheets or Excel, but cheaper. Only about 50% of tasks can be done with it, and for the remaining tasks, I still have to depend on other sheets. The pivot table feature is hard to use compared to Google Sheets, and normal formulas don't work as expected. Live multi-user collaboration is not updating in real-time. Also, selecting and deleting multiple rows is cumbersome; the ability to do so without using the mouse is missing, and trying to use the mouse often results in errors or unintended deletions. Additionally, initial setup was very hard. Overall, it feels like it doesn't introduce anything new or make work easier since everything is already available in Google and Excel sheets. The zoho ecosystem in itself is decent and has a lot of services to offer but at the same time, individual apps are not so great. Zoho sheets do not have a lot of extensions or other plugins that are available for MS spreadsheets or google sheets. It tries to cover it with decent and active support. Zoho sheets cannot also handle large data sets and if you have to process large data sets applying a single formula can take up a few minutes. Every day, I used Zoho Sheet to manage and analyze data. One of the most useful functions in Zoho Sheet was the ability to create formulas. I often used the built-in functions to perform calculations and created custom functions when needed. Additionally, I frequently created charts and graphs to help visualize data and communicate insights to others. Another feature that I found helpful in Zoho Sheet was the ability to import and export data in various formats. I often imported data from other spreadsheets or databases and exported my data in formats such as CSV, PDF, and Excel. This made it easy to share data with others who may not have been using Zoho Sheet or to use the data in other applications. Lastly, I used the collaboration features in Zoho Sheet on a regular basis. I could easily share a sheet with others and control their level of access, whether they could edit, comment, or view only. Firstly, in its speed and performance, particularly when working with larger spreadsheets. The response time can sometimes be slow, and it takes longer to load or update changes, which can be frustrating when I need to work quickly or collaborate with others in real-time. Secondly, I believe Zoho Sheet could be more flexible and functional in some of its features. While it has many useful functions, some of them are not as powerful or versatile as others, which can limit my ability to manipulate and analyze data in the ways that I need to. Zoho Sheet helped me solve several problems in my work. One of the main challenges I faced was managing and analyzing large sets of data, which was time-consuming and difficult to do manually. It is a very useful application for the occasions when you have to work in a team and one of the members does not have excel. it works to maintain a database of our clientele, make reports of performance, and even carry the accounting reports when necessary.
