Zoho sales iq I would like to get an option to fill in the pre-requisite fields as per the modules firstly when integration is switched on between sales iq and zoho crm. Honestly I was attracted by the features they mentioned and as a part of Zoho , I respected Zohosalesiq also. But after using it as a live chat app and chatbot app for my website, I came to the conclusion that they just want money out of your pocket.
