Zoho SalesIQ has provided invaluable insight into who is visiting our website, what specific websites they visit, and how long they spend on each site, among many other useful metrics. SalesIQ provides a wonderful live chat application, complete with a notification, tracking, and reporting system. The live chat has been very useful to us specifically, as we have been able to reach out to visitors on our website and also have visitors reach out to us with any questions while they are still engaged with our website, solutions, and various options available. This has resulted in more customers, as questions are answered live in real-time and without the visitor having to search the internet or related articles.The Reporting system also allows tracking visitors on a rolling average and can also allow for reviewing the live chat agents that you have within your company. The system also integrates very well with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk to convert chats and visitors into Leads/Prospects/Customers and also into Technical Support tickets. I did wish that tracking of visitors was unlimited, but being a small company, the limit of 5,000 visitors tracked per user limited us to how many visitors we could track. Its great at identifying users (and repeat users) to your website. You can even automate it to give visitors a ping when they visit a specific page on your site. It also ties in with Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM very well. It was really easy to create a process where every visitor can be automatically filed away as a ticket in Desk or a lead in CRM. I have used other similar softwares before and they used a drag and drop interface to make it easy. Also the mobile app on Android has some bugs. What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ? Zobot requires a Zobot experienced developer PERIOD. Their support to set up a Zobot similar to a custom function in CRM is nonexistent. The SalesIQ support team will direct you to the help site without actually guiding you through the process or help to implement parts of the Zobot that are troublesome. After escalating, we saw that these are instructions from the top - Do not help with Zobot scripts, direct out to a third party. No one else besides for a select few, Zoho SalesIQ Developers, within the company know how to script a Zobot. With our Enterprise level support package, we were able to leverage some help after BEGGING. After reviewing their scripts we saw that part of the requirements were not even implemented. Have in mind already the scripts were submitted later than promised. Additionally, the tracking is okay. I wouldn't rely on it or bet my money Disappointed. I really like the live chat feature. It is a great way to engage with customers, and you can easily import any useful information right into the CRM, or convert chats to helpdesk tickets if needed. It would be great if there were just little check boxes to turn on and off for automated messages and such. It's a feature we would really like to start using, but the people in our company who have the skills to get it set up are much busier with other items unfortunately.
