The modular, highly customizable structure allows adapting the recruitment process to different client profiles and types of vacancies. Candidate management is intuitive, CV parsing works very well, and the creation of customized pipelines is an added value. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The Agency edition could benefit from a more advanced reporting system in the Standard plan. Some integrations require higher plans or other Zoho products, which can increase the cost if a more integrated operation is desired. The global experience is very positive. Zoho Recruit is a powerful solution for recruitment agencies that want to organize, automate, and scale selection processes. The initial learning curve exists, but it is quickly overcome with the support of documentation and technical support. For agencies focused on national and international placement, it is a platform that allows for an agile, structured, and professional operation. What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is how easy it is to customize the entire hiring workflow. From job postings to candidate pipelines, everything is adaptable to fit our exact needs. The automation tools, especially resume parsing and email workflows, save a ton of time. Plus, the integration with Google Workspace makes collaboration effortless for our team. The mobile app feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version — it’s great for quick updates, but not ideal for managing full workflows on the go. Also, the UI in some areas looks a bit outdated, and the learning curve can be a little steep for first-time users. Support response times could be faster during peak hours. I enjoy the amount of features it has available, and how well it can be customized to our needs. It has several tutorial videos in the knowledge base allowing you to easily learn how to implement the tool and to easily use the tool.
