I like how Zoho Recruit makes the hiring process much easier by organizing the workflow from applying to hiring, managing a pool of talents, and marking rejections. It's very easy and organized, which is essential for streamlining the recruitment process. I think that something in the UX can be improved, like the UI for viewing the applicants.
