"Zoho Recruit: End-to-End ATS + CRM That Fits Your Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I like most about Zoho Recruit is that it gives me a true end‑to‑end ATS and recruitment CRM in one place, without the price tag or complexity of a typical “enterprise” system. I can model my actual recruiting workflows with custom pipelines, fields, and automation rules, so the software reflects how my desk runs instead of forcing me into a rigid template. The ability to track both candidates and clients, run outreach campaigns, and see performance analytics inside the same platform has made my process faster and more predictable. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The biggest downside is the initial setup and configuration curve if you want to fully leverage automations and customization. There are a lot of options and settings, and it took time to streamline views, fields, and workflows so the interface didn’t feel cluttered when handling high‑volume pipelines. Some of the AI and parsing capabilities are good but not flawless, so complex CVs still need a quick manual review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Recruit Makes Hiring Easy with Smart Automation and Smooth Zoho Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I like best about Zoho Recruit is how simple and easy it is to manage the entire hiring process in one place. I can track candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants without switching between different tools. The interface is user-friendly, so it doesn’t take much time to learn, and the automation features save a lot of manual effort, especially when it comes to follow-ups and resume screening. It also integrates well with other Zoho apps, which makes the workflow smoother and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

What I dislike about Zoho Recruit is that sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered and not very intuitive, especially when you’re trying to find specific features. The customization options can be confusing and take time to set up properly. Also, some advanced features are only available in higher plans, which can be limiting. At times, the system can feel a bit slow, and the reporting section could be more detailed and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The UI can be more intuitive in some areas. Loading speed is sometimes slow. Advanced features take time to learn for new users. UI can be improved with simpler navigation, fewer clicks, and better visibility of key features for easier use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Recruitment with Minor Setup Hurdles"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

I like how Zoho Recruit allows integration with a lot of different programs. We can reach out to seafarers mainly through WhatsApp, which integrates well with Zoho, as well as through LinkedIn and Facebook posts, where Zoho is very helpful. I also appreciate the ease of passing CVs and resumes, which makes the recruiters' work much easier. The customer support has been very helpful; whenever we ran into some blocks, they were there to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

It's a little bit difficult in the initial phase to understand the interdependencies between the different modules. That took us quite some time to figure it out. Not so easy. We are actually still in the initial setup. Even the initial setup has been quite difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

I really like that Zoho Recruit allows me to track candidates across the hiring pipeline. This feature is valuable because it helps me see how many candidates are on the same step of the recruitment process and decide if I need to recruit more people or if I have a sufficient pool of candidates. Additionally, it is beneficial because it allows me to send the date, client, interview name, and candidate information, and have everything recorded on my system. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

What I think should be enhanced is the interface because sometimes it can feel cluttered or overwhelming. Also, the initial setup was a little bit tough and I had to look for documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Interface and Smooth Recruitment Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

Zoho has a nice, easy-to-use interface, although there are a few learning curves here and there. Overall, the workflow automation helps the recruitment process run smoothly and with less effort. I also like that the company page can be integrated into our website, which can help drive more traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The only downside I noticed at the start was the limited customizability of the careers page. Even when embedding the widget on our website, it still feels restricted in a few ways, which makes it hard to align it with our company branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Recruitment Made Effortless with Powerful AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

The built-in ATS, combined with Zia (Zoho's AI), is a great helper. You get in-depth candidate analysis without needing external AI tools, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. I love how you can customize the recruitment pipeline to track exactly what's happening at each stage. The sync across all Zoho products is fantastic, and it lets you automate emails to candidates, schedule Zoho meetings, take notes, record calls, and get AI-powered summaries, all without switching platforms. The candidate timeline feature is brilliant. Where every activity is timestamped, so you can see the entire recruitment story at a glance. For bulk recruiting, it handles everything smoothly from posting jobs on hundreds of platforms to sending the final offer letter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start, especially if you want to take full advantage of all the customization options and automation features. It can feel overwhelming initially with so many features available, but once you get the hang of it, it's worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable Zoho Recruit That Streamlines Candidate Tracking and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I like best about Zoho Recruit is how customisable it is. I’m able to structure workflows, fields, and candidate stages around how I personally work, which makes the system feel tailored rather than restrictive. I also appreciate having candidate tracking, client management, and email communication all in one place it keeps everything organised and reduces the need for multiple tools. Once properly configured, the automation features save me significant time and improve my overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

What I dislike is that the initial setup can be time-consuming, especially when configuring advanced workflows and automation. There is definitely a learning curve if you want to use the system to its full potential. The interface can also feel slightly busy at times, particularly when managing multiple roles simultaneously. Additionally, some features work better on desktop than on mobile, so I tend to rely more on the desktop version for full functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
