You get to be able to look for a candidate and view all their data in one place. It gives you enough customizations for the data that you need per applicant and it immediately sends them an email once you transfer them to "unqualified". **What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?** The fact that comments under applications get deleted once a candidate is removed from a job opening is a bit annoying. And you can't view the comments under their candidate profile if you look at them under "application". Also, not being able to send custom emails through the platform is a bit annoying. This issue went unnoticed for a month, as we received no new applications, and Zoho Recruit's support was of little assistance. Regrettably, for two months, I found myself caught in a frustrating loop of endless emails between Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn, with both parties pointing fingers and leaving me stranded in the middle. One workaround suggested was to create entirely new job postings manually, which undermines the purpose of using a tool like Zoho Recruit due to the significant additional manual effort required. I emphasized to Zoho Support how crucial LinkedIn is as a recruiting platform in many countries, and that Zoho Recruit's value diminishes if its integration with LinkedIn fails. Despite my efforts, it appears they are indifferent to the issue. This compelled me to share my distressing experience publicly.
