What do you like best?

We love how simple Zoho is to use and customise to our needs. We were able to setup the platform ourselves and didn't require any training to pick it up. The range of features available is better than other Applicant Tracking Systems that we looked in to yet it still comes at a very competitive price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the fact the product is cloud based which allows me maximum flexibility to access anywhere and anytime. I also have the app on my phone which allows me to use while out and about. The product has all the features you need and I especially like the CV parsing which was easy to set up and very effective. What do you like best?

I found Zoho Recruit because a friend in the staffing industry recommended it based on her experience using the software system at her staffing agency. I am just a tiny agency with a workforce of just me and I have been wanting to get a Recruiting Software Platform to help me be more efficient with my limited time. However, all of the other software I found was at a price point only large staffing agencies could afford. Now that I am using the trial of Zoho Recruit, I find it's extremely easy to learn and use. I plan to purchase Zoho Recruit as soon as my free trial ends. Thank you Zoho Recruit for bringing a recruiting software system to the market that us "little guys" can afford with all the bells and whistles that come with the very expensive recruiting software programs. What do you like best?

The solution is complete and easy to add more elements to adapt to our practices but what really was significant change was the Portals for Clients and Vendors, that really is making our life so much easier and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best feature about Zoho Recruit is the Ease of usage and customisation which can be done across the platform. I pivoted from a different ATS + CRM, the pricing is less than half of what I was actually paying earlier. In every aspect, technology and smoothness are astounding. Really, no complaints of any kind. The Zoho Recruit has deep integration with the Zoho suite of applications. The sync between Zoho Cliq, Zoho Sheets, Zoho Docs, Zoho Spreadsheets is too good. What do you dislike?

The only thing which I miss is the Kanban view in the jobs hiring pipeline stages, I wish if it could be added later on. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main benefit which I have realized after using Zoho Recruit is that I can arrange all the data much more organized. I can have a clear glimpse of all the hiring stages in a jiffy. I don't need to shuffle across different tools and applications in order to achieve good sync. What do you like best?

The logic is straightforward, it is easy to become productive. It has a lot of capabilities and more are being added frequently. As an ATS it is easy to use. The + comes from being a part of Zoho One. The Zoho One platform makes it easy and cost effective to add new capabilities. The modules are designed to work together. Example: They offer survey, forms, email campaigns, automation of routine activities plus more most are integrated with Zoho Recruit. All of this is accomplished more cost effectively than any other ATS option that I have found.

For example: Zoho has many of the capabilities of HubSpot or Marketo marketing platforms. Zoho's options might not be identical, but they have the basics covered and more. A great place to learn an activity (email campaigns, connecting to your website, analytics, etc.) at a fraction of the cost of application specific platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have any problems we are working to resolve with Zoho Recruit. The technical support group shares (support -zohocorp emails. This can be a means of discovering how and what capabilities others users are working through. This week we learned that one user is moving data from another module through the Analytics module to generate a report for customers. Different columns & rows to feed sourced resumes & their statuses.

Doesn't track all the rejected profiles at one place. Hangs sometimes with multiple functions.

A little complex to use when you deal with stakeholders.

2)The Best Feature is its inherent Cloud-Based SaaS capability along with its AutomatedTrackingSystem.

3)Automation Feature using AI technologies makes it an effective alternative to many Existing Decision-making engines in making the hiring process easier, faster, and transparent.

What do you dislike?

1)An Effective Analyzing of the Requirements needs to be done if to be signed in as on behalf of Corporate HR's i.e. HR Edition, lest the effectiveness of Tool cannot be measured.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love the adaptability and ease of use. We can always adapt to suit our ever changing needs. I especially like the fact that it automatically pulls from our zoho forms and puts the candidate into recruit. I do not like that you must pay for each user. I miss the days you could have one license and a few users.

Zoho has so may modules that will satisfy every need you may have when running a business. I was pleasantly surprised at all the different options it has. What do you like best?

The resume parser was a huge selling point when it came to choosing our ATS and the way the parser works is phenomenal. Furthermore, it is so easy to track new jobs and add new candidates with the blink of an eye. It is so easy to manage how our business operates with this platform. What do you dislike?

There is not much to say but one thing that I am not a fan of is that there can be some issues regarding the way navigating between candidates and jobs when creating a job opening through a candidate page.
