While there's a lot more that you can do on Zoho People, honestly, I just use the tool primarily for applying for leave, updating my logsheet and then checking on the the leave request which has become really smooth. I no longer have to bother my manager on Slack or send those awkward "hey, just following up on my PTO request" emails. Now, I just open the app, enter my dates, and that's it—done. My manager gets notified, I get a notification when it's approved, and it syncs with my calendar automatically. It's super convenient. The timesheet feature is also quite good. With Zoho People, everything feels easy and intuitive. The interface is clean, and there aren't too many steps. I can quickly see my hours for the week, submit them, and get on with my day. The mobile app works well for quick tasks too, which is especially helpful when I'm traveling for work. Another thing I appreciate is being able to update my own information, like my address or phone number, without having to email HR every time something changes. I just log in and update it myself. It's a small detail, but it really makes a difference. Overall, it's super easy to use, and as an employee, that's exactly what I want. I don't need another tool that requires learning a complicated process just to request leave or fill out a timesheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho People? There isn't much to say, but Zoho People has been in need of a more modern-looking UI for quite some time. The interface still gives off the impression that it was designed in the early 2000s, and it seems like they haven't moved on from that style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
