What I really like best about Zoho People is how simple it makes managing everything in one place. It’s not just about HR tasks—it actually makes things easier for both employees and managers. I especially appreciate how smooth the leave and attendance tracking is, plus the self-service options mean I don’t have to chase down HR for every little detail. What I find a bit challenging about Zoho People is that, at times, the interface can feel slightly cluttered and it takes a little while to get used to navigating through all the features. Since it offers so many options, it can feel overwhelming in the beginning. Also, certain customizations require some technical know-how, which not everyone may have. Zoho People solves a lot of everyday HR hassles by taking care of things like attendance, leave management, and employee records all in one place, which really reduces paperwork and manual follow-ups. The biggest benefit is how much time it saves—processes that used to take ages, like approving leaves or tracking attendance, now happen almost instantly, freeing up time for more important work. It also improves transparency and helps keep everyone in the loop, whether it’s managers tracking performance or employees checking their own data and updates. I really appreciate its user-friendly nature and am particularly impressed with the intuitive user interface. Using this tool has made it simple to approve leave requests and manage team attendance, even by specific locations such as WFH.
