We learn how users use our website. How frequently they visit, where they are clicking, what grabs their attention, and when they visit amongst many other things. We've changed our website based on information gathered from this solution by adding links where people were trying to click for more info. We've successfully made our site more user friendly and updated it which has increased our website traffic. With Page Sense we are able to closely monitor our blog posts and see how many visits and how many clicks we get. I'm glad that we can use the typical code snippet that many other website analytics solutions provide, but we can also add the snippet through Google Tag Manager instead of manually applying it to our code website code. I like that Zoho PageSense allows you to run multiple tests on your website. This gives any digital marketer an advantage. I love that it is as easy to use as other Zoho apps, however you have to know a bit about marketing. Another thing I like is the extension to Chrome, which is perfect for creating heat maps without accessing the Zoho PageSense portal.
