I try to touch anything—especially information—only once, so this approach doesn’t really work for me. **What problems is Zoho Notebook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s a convenient way to quickly grab information throughout the day. ### 2. Very accessible and integrates nicely with anything else Zoho-related. **What do you dislike about Zoho Notebook?** Minimal options for exporting notes, and there is no offline mode. It integrates well with Zoho products but has limited integration with other products and services. Search functionality is a bit too basic, and not having a list view can make it challenging to find things. **What problems is Zoho Notebook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a quick and easy way to leave notes and lists that follows you around (online) seemed to be a stop up from leaving post-it notes. With that said, as nice as Zoho Notebook looks, we found it to be not all that much more advanced than leaving actual post-it notes. ### 3. There are no adverts, no add ons and nothing to pay - ever. That’s a big promise but the costs of supporting the app are maintained by the developers other projects. **What do you dislike about Zoho Notebook?** The app is missing out on too many features for my use, but I do wonder how many people pay for a service such as Evernote and would be perfectly fine with this app. However there are some things missing to truly complete with the large services people use. Much of my cons with the app are related to my specific use case. I would love to see a tagging and labelling system rather than based on traditional books. There is no way for me to add a note to more than one book, which might seems strange but some of my text needs to be displayed in multiple places. **What problems is Zoho Notebook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use Zoho Notebook to organize meeting minutes and notes from calls with other businesses and clients. ### 6. Notebooks as the parent and then Notes that are the children. You are also able to upload screenshots etc pretty easily so that I can have it across devices (ie. app to desktop). **What do you dislike about Zoho Notebook?** The auto complete on the app is really annoying, it never knows what word I am trying to spell. Also there isn't touch pen capability.
