I like the shared calendar and the shared mail via messenger option. I also like the ability to create private groups within the App and the multiple email accounts for each department. I like the ability to create tasks and share notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I haven't found too much that I don't like. I think the UI could be better, more intuitive, but then I am still learning my way around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Practical, quick, and efficient. Simple tool to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is practical and there is little to say Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho mail lets you create emails using a domain you already own, or buy off the domain from them first. A lot of other providers are available for this service, but we only use Zoho because of its cost effective pricing plans. Moreover, the UI is very simple and intuitive. Hence, we have chosen it over other providers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would appreciate if there was a way to add files with larger sizes in attachments while sending mails, as the current limit is not enough for us. Therefore, we have to use cloud services to upload first, and attach the link in the mail. Just a bit too hard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that the zoho mail is free and has no ads at all. Although, my organization has provided my with the company email id for zoho. I also have my personal email ID's logged in via zoho. I like that the zoho has many more other workplace apps and integrations which are so much affordable then its competitors. Its very easy to use, implement at work in zoho and the UI is minimal and ad free like I said. Zoho mail is the first app I open everyday when I start my work. The customer support is slow, meaning their response times are slower than the other competitors. Integrations to third-party apps are minimal, while they have their own Zoho ecosystem, it is best to have some third-party apps integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I value most about Zoho Mail is its ad-free approach and clean interface, which allows for focused communication without distractions. It also stands out for its robustness in security matters, support for custom domains, and seamless integration with other tools in the Zoho ecosystem, which facilitates collaborative work and business management from a single place. Although the overall experience is good, the mobile app can be somewhat limited compared to the web version, especially regarding advanced settings and filters. Additionally, the learning curve for new users can be a bit steeper if they are not familiar with the Zoho environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a free tier which allows up to five email addresses which is great for starting out. Email organisation options are also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is very cluttered and unintuitive. It could do with a redesign and a separation of applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use; everything is thoughtfully organized, so you're never left wondering where to go or what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A better notification system would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I haven't found anything that discredits the email... Excellent tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Incredibly cost effective and easy to set up, plus most other SaaS tools have integrations with Zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My entire workspace account was deactivated because they identified an inbox distributing "promotional mail." Importantly, I was never notified of this, and neither did my admin panel nor any user accounts display anything to suggest my account was blocked. Instead I had to hear from my colleague that emails were not being delivered, verify myself that they were in fact not being delivered for ANYONE in my workspace, and email support. It took a full week to hear back that "your account has been disabled" and another full week to find out why. A third week before I confirmed that there was nothing I could do to reverse this inexplicable internal decision, and my entire workspace was blocked permanently despite having prepaid 19 seats fully 10 months into the future.
Nearly a month of useless email inboxes and then all the work of finding and setting up my team through a new vendor, and all for what? I don't know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
