In Zoho Mail, there are too many things packed in. I’ve been using Zoho Mail since 2022, and I still find the UI confusing. Some are like in left side all icons and right side as well that make the visual worst. Even when i make a signature thats really bad everytime when i update signature its never fit. There's a bunch of different tabs so they're not all in one inbox that kind of spread out in a distributes them based on what type of email it is for example, if you get something from LinkedIn and put it into a separate folder.
