My business is using zoho mail for more than 5 years now. It's free upto 5 domain mail. We can web and app product. The alerts are great and it has most of the options Gmail offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be improved. Gmail is doing a great job.Occasional Performance Issues. Zoho Mail may lack certain advanced features and functionalities that are available in other email platforms. Support management and mailing service. very pooor customer support by Zoho, No live intreraction with users and solution provide by zoho support only the way for support is chat option , Emergency option with cutomer care available are not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best I like about Zoho mail is that, it is also available for Free of cost, we can get 5 domain-based emails for free for a lifetime. The user interface is simple and easy to use and implement

The good thing about Zoho Mail is that it is totally free of charge for up to 5 accounts with custom website names. The setup is quite simple and easy and will take barely 10 minutes. In spite of being free, it has all the crucial features. Zoho mails also come with a free application both for android and iOs that makes it simple to use on the go. Additionally, it has numerous safety measures like Authenticator which is extremely important to keep our emails safe and sound. Zoho mail easily integrate with the domain from any provider.
