"Intuitive, Centralized Knowledge Management That Streamlines Team Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

What we like best about Zoho Learn is how intuitive and centralized it makes knowledge management. It provides a clean, easy-to-navigate platform for creating, organizing, and sharing internal documentation, training materials, and SOPs all in one place. The combination of structured courses, manuals, and knowledge bases allows teams to support both onboarding and ongoing learning without juggling multiple tools. Additionally, its seamless integration with other Zoho applications makes it especially powerful for organizations already using the Zoho ecosystem, helping streamline workflows, improve consistency, and ensure information stays current and accessible. What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

While Zoho Learn is a strong knowledge management platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. Advanced customization options for layout and branding are somewhat limited compared to more design-flexible platforms, which can make it harder to fully match an organization’s look and feel. Reporting and analytics, while useful, could be more robust—especially for tracking learner engagement, knowledge consumption trends, and detailed performance metrics across teams. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and would benefit from more out-of-the-box templates or guided setup to speed up initial adoption for new users. "Seamlessly Customizable and Integrated LMS Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

I find Zoho Learn totally customizable with its open module and drag-and-drop features, which let me easily customize each and every course. I appreciate how it helps me manage asynchronous sessions and integrate smoothly with meeting platforms to conduct online classes. It provides facilities for assignments and quizzes, and adding an entire educational organization to the portal is quite easy. The modular design is very useful for working on tasks like course allotment. I like how simple the setup is, with straightforward steps to get started quickly. This makes it genuinely versatile, especially for handling multiple branches and departments in educational institutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

The exam should have an AI-based proctoring system where a candidate, from the examiner, can also in visual aid from a desktop and can handle 100 or 500 students at once. Even AI can help me to proctor the miscellaneous activities during the exam by the candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Learning Platform with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

I like how easy it is to share knowledge among team members with Zoho Learn. I also find the modules and courses a great way to train new hires, as they can learn independently and perform well. It's helpful that team members can share their knowledge and ideas on topics they know better. Everything in Zoho Learn seems to meet our needs, and I appreciate the easy setup and that the support teams are always online to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

I would like to see a chat feature added and the ability to invite team members without affecting Zoho One access. If someone doesn't have access to all Zoho One apps but only has workplace access, they should still be allowed on Zoho Learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Start, Needs a More Intuitive UI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

I like how Zoho Learn makes it easy to structure content into a course-like format. This feature allows for a smooth user flow, which can enhance user engagement during training sessions. It seems to offer an effective way to organize and present learning materials in a structured, educational manner, which is likely to work well in fostering engagement with users. Additionally, the setup process for Zoho Learn is quite straightforward and easy to manage, especially from a trial perspective, even though the trial period might feel short due to a lack of initial content to make a meaningful course. Overall, it's a fairly easy platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

I think it's not that intuitive to use Zoho Learn. Understanding the relationship between spaces and learning content, as well as how to share it, is challenging. It feels like it would benefit from a learning course to explain how to effectively use Zoho Learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent service quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

Zoho Learn makes knowledge sharing effortless. I love how easy it is to create, organize, and access learning materials in one place. The clean interface, interactive lessons, and built-in assessments make training engaging, while the collaboration features keep teams aligned. It’s a complete solution for building and managing a knowledge base and e-learning hub Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

Zoho Learn is sleek and intuitive, but it’s not without its limitations. Some users find the text editor clunky—imported content from Google Docs or Word often leads to messy spacing or formatting issues

Reporting tools also fall a bit short; while basic stats are available, deeper customization and analytics are limited

It lacks certain advanced features that some LMS platforms offer, such as built-in AI tools, Q&A modules, or fully flexible learning paths. Finally, assigning courses to learners can feel tedious—bulk assignment isn't very efficient, so you may end up adding users one by one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
