I love that Zoho Learn is very intuitive and easy to use, which made it straightforward to create courses and learning paths. It was amazing that it only took me half an hour to figure out how to get started. The reporting features are excellent, offering beautiful reports that allow monitoring both course-wise and user-wise, which is perfect for our training needs. Additionally, it's very affordable, ideal for a small nonprofit like ours creating a learning management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm just trying to see how I can make it much easier because the concept like spaces, then learning paths, then knowledge, the manuals, It can get overwhelming for especially for non techy users. Bulk of my field staff that we have are such personas. So I think a part of, the Zoho Learn, that's maybe it's not working well for me because I'm yet to figure out how to do this. But I think, we have to assume that, you know, our end users are going to be non techie. So how do I make it very, very intuitive, simple for them such that they don't get overwhelmed with these terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
