What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

zoho invoice allows me to easily create invoice and syncs it with my accounting software. And the beauty of Zoho ecosystem is that it allows me to do automatic updates on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

Compatibility. Although Zoho who is very versatile product, however, it is not very compatible with other third-party software's. It doesn't sync with platforms like intuit, etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

I have been using ZohoInvoices in our organisation for the last four years, and it has been an incredible journey so far. We can easily create database ofour customers and manage the invoices for their job. We can also send project estimates to our potential customers using Zoho Invoices. Creating Taxable Invoices is also too convenient with Zoho.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

Zoho Invoices has all features loaded, which an invoicing system requires, but there is room for improvement in integrating this tool with other CRM platforms. The taxation feature also needs to be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

I might be missing something, but every time I need to use Zoho, I anticipate hitting some brick wall that will prevent me from getting what I want done. That brick wall doesn't appear, and it surprises me every time how good this system is. I'm constantly pleasantly surprised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any real negatives when it comes to this app. It's actually been a pleasure to use. I suppose if I have to criticize something, it would be the overall UX. Their UX is pretty good, but you can always improve UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

Very much user-oriented, powerful invoicing solution for people with no accounting background. I have been using Zoho invoice for almost 10 years now, and they are amongst my favorite app when it comes to invoicing and bookkeeping compared to Xero or Quickbooks. The free version makes it even more attractive for small businesses and covers almost all aspects when it comes to run your invoicing and daily business transaction. What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

Since it is designed for end users without an accounting background, some accounting functions are limited if you follow standard accounting rules.

Also, since I use the paid version because I love this app, but I don't want my customers to see Zoho logo on the free version, I am disappointed that the paid version has a limitation on number of customers (50 for the basic version) and a limited number of users, while the free version has less restrictions than the paid version.
