I am a sole trader in the early phase of my business. I wish I had found this 2 years ago. Its not quite idiot proof if you already had a system in place transitioning does take a little planning and time, but you can use your own style for templates, your logo, your ts and cs and the line items unlike many on the market are adaptable to a service industry selling in units of time AND you can add in sales items (eg equipment hire) on the same invoice. There's no complex labelling and you can get started and get paid right away. The standard templates look a little aggressive especially the late payment reminders but they are extremely effective. This has reduced late payments, admin time, stress and brought some free time and happiness to my life as a small business owner. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You may need to amend templates as the tone is not warm and fluffy if the nature of your business is customer service that may be a change you need. But honestly, minor issue and it has the flexibility and design that you do that once and you are set!

You may need to live with limited font styles that are not the same as the designer one you would prefer - at least until an upgrade or better level of training(too new to know which, sorry). If there is a quick way to amend that I have not found it yet and don't have time to look for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been with Zoho Invoice since before it was Zoho Invoice when it was called Wave. The thing I liked back then was that it was a low-cost way to enter the market, which is crucial for lots of the clients that I work with (and myself once upon a time). With startups, the key to success is to keep the costs low and focus on deliverables until you can scale.

Zoho Invoice has gone above and beyond, making the product free, which is great! It's a genius move for their business and yours as they have SO MANY products that you can grow into (some free, some paid).

I've always liked Zoho as they focus on producing valuable products regardless of the suite, and they do it for less than the rest of the market (or free in this case). Of ALL the products out there, I have to say Zoho Invoice is the one I recommend to all the startups that I work with because it just works time and time again and does exactly what it should.

it's so easy to use and has been able to help me in sending invoices, estimates, and tracking expenses, it also helps me to manage my income based on sales and receipts its sends mail and helps generate a recurring invoice when due, which is the most interesting part of my company, Internet Service Provider. I like that Zoho has been courageous enough to offer a free or reduced-price plan to those of us who are genuinely small/one person businesses. And best of all, they're products are intuitive and work. I will look at Zoho suite products before looking elsewhere for a solution...they've earned my trust. Hmmm...can't really think of something that either I don't like or doesn't work with Zoho. I might encourage them to offer additional payment platforms on which a person/business can be paid. It is a super complete tool and completely free. Besides managing all my billing as a freelancer, what I like the most is the client portal. Zoho Invoice allows me to totally customise the appearance and functions of my invoices, it tracks all my current and past invoices, allows them to be paid online via a customer portal, and it has a user friendly interface with powerful features. You need a bit of HTML coding experience to fully customise your invoices, but this isn't necessary. I haven't experienced any downsides to Zoho Invoice otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
