What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

The best part about using Zoho, aside from it being free, is that it gives me exactly the features in an invoicing software that I need for my business. Client lists, easy to create and customize invoices, and revenue and expense tracking are among the top highlights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

There isn't much I do not like about Zoho Invoice. I would probably like a little more customization available in creating clients (the way things are named or listed) but that's being a little nit-picky for something that is free to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho gives my clients and myself one place to look at their current invoices and account history. The client portal is different from the the service I used before, and my clients like that a lot better, as do I. So it gives us a common place to talk about their invoices, why they are being charged for what and it's very easy to use. Being able to "line-item" everything I want my clients to see is above and beyond for something that is free to use, so I appreciate that tool as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
