What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

Zoho is a really powerful, really affordable option for sending invoices. The recurring invoices work great, it's nice to be able to schedule a timeframe for those. It's great to be able to manually input CC info, and accept different kinds of payment. You can log ACH or check payments, or even cash. There are some nifty integrations too, to automate some invoice sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

The biggest thing is the client portal. We constantly get clients who are confused about how to log in and make payments. May be user error, but there's almost none of our clients that effectively use it. The other thing that's a challenge for us is the user/company accounts. We have some trouble internally with duplicate clients and contacts. Trying to clean that up is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was super easy to set up and it's very easy to use. It's allowing us to easily collect our money from clients from various payment methods. The recurring invoice function is probably the most convenient for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
