Inconsistency in customization. I'm not sure why but some features are available for only certain items. For example, I can add the same CC contacts to pre-fill all my order confirmations, but these fields are inexplicably omitted in the Delivery Confirmation template. Why are they are different? The same goes for the variables available to each template. Why can I reference the customer's PO number on the sales order email template, but not on the delivery confirmation? Why restrict anything between the templates? Let your users decide which variables/fields they want to use in each section, why artificially restrict them? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Product searching is quite difficult. There is no option of tags or segregation of products for department-wise. Support isn't always helpful- I seem to have trouble getting them to understand problems and it seems like common bugs or important bugs have been sitting for years. They frequently close out my bug reports and feature requests, usually without reason, so I have to try opening them again.
