Even though Zoho inventory covers all the required aspects of traditonal business model, I needed some customised reports for my business. And the Zoho team was with me every step of the way and provided me with all the custom reports I have asked for even before I upgraded to paid plan. I would highly recommend Zoho to Everyone. There are few options which we have to setup in the initial stage if we missed to setup properly or we need to update in a later stage then there in option to update the settings because of which our zoho books number aren't accurate. I enjoy Zoho Inventory's complete integration with Zoho Books, its accounting and business management application. Its workflows and many features, like the fulfillment of orders, composite items and groups. Features like adding photos by the delivery drivers of the signed packing slip provide proof of delivery.
