What I dislike is that we are limited in the conditional fields. We can put one condition, but not a second one for the same field - for example, if we choose to display a field if x, then we can not reuse that same field in another conditional option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we like most about Zoho Forms is its great power to integrate well with Zoho products, Salesforce and Google applications. It also offers native applications for iOS and Android devices that have allowed me to create forms and collect data directly from my mobile device and the best thing is that it works offline. I love how easy it is not only to start creating online forms, but also how simple it is to manage and expand those forms for anyone, even those with experience in website development. I use this system for clients who need to manage their own forms, or clients who use their forms for more than just contacting people, such as e-commerce or dating. The only thing I do not like about this system is how things can be expensive once you get over the free version. There is a huge gap between the free version and the first paid version, not only in the number of monthly shipments, but also the price is a bit high. Zoho Forms is an amazing way to give a customer or company control over their contact forms and comments, apart from allowing me to use forms for simple purchases and for collection of payments. Anything we can do to save our boys' time, ultimately, benefits everyone. We are delighted with Zoho Forms: it is easy to configure new forms and start using them immediately. It is a tool that allows us to establish conditions for respondents to see only the questions they must answer. We can also configure the forms to generate emails and display messages based on user input. We can connect the forms with secure payment merchants such as PayPal, 2Checkout and Stripe to be able to make sales, collect donations and accept payments online. It is possible to create personalized final pages that connect with customers, establishing a relationship with customers by displaying relevant messages or redirecting them to a website. It is also possible to transform forms into downloadable PDF files with ease and customize them to suit our needs. We can create some nice forms, but we cannot limit the amount of notification emails sent to a user. The only anti-spam that it has is CAPTCHA. Also, inexplicably, it cannot be easily sent to the mailing lists in Zoho Campaigns that has a very poor registration form creator, so it would make sense to use this application better. The tools used to create the forms are basically nice and simple. We can drag and drop items into place and move items around in a visual manner. We don't have to deal with many complicated technical processes like coding or databases. The pricing is very good. I like how the core web structure of the forms is all controlled and taken care of by the Zoho Forms website. One of the worst things that can happen with forms, or any other type of web page or element within a page, is for it to not function. Zoho Forms has been reliable and ensures that the data that is being submitted will actually get sent to us. Like most other Zoho applications, we can transfer Zoho Forms data to other applications for a more streamlined and automated work flow. I think that there could be more filtering and sorting options that allow us to find and organize our data more precisely. The user interface is nice, but I don't feel like there are enough metrics and analytics panels and information compared to some other data gathering applications in the market.
