What problems is Zoho Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using zoho inside our organisation for years now! We have a client who are an educational establishment they have different needs but most of them can be just solved with the help of a powerful form builder. When we realised that there are two form builders that came to our mind one is JotForm and the other one is Zoho Form Builder! Basically, we don't want to cut the cost here because the form builder has to be capable of doing some extraordinary things for our client, because they may be having a future expansion ideas. With the much advanced features offered by Zoho Form Builder, and even more affordable than the JotForm we just gone with Zoho Form Builder and ye we have never felt bad for picking up the Zoho Forms!

We have set up a lot of Page Rules, Field Rules, Data Validation of the respective fields for future use cases! And yeah! Everything just works flawlessly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

Zoho ecosystem is very useful for Marketing department of any organization. It provides all kind of tools to enhance productivity and streamline various processes.Its easy interface allows user to create online forms very easily. Its form builder has almost every tool as per my requirements. Its Image Upload feature makes my forms more beautiful and it impresses my audience also. It works extremely amazing with Zoho Campaign. They should include more number of forms in their trial account. It will give users wide experience of this product and they can make their decision in less time. What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

I like the simple functionality and overall design of the interface. I don't need to have much of a technical background in order to get this form system up and running effectively. We basically move fields into place exactly where we want them to appear in the form. That makes it easy to figure things out as we move along. We can instantly see how a form looks and make changes right away, if needed. The price is very reasonable and much lower than if we were to create forms from scratch with web hosting databases, PHP and HTML code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?

The most thing i like about zoho forms is that it is very helpfull in taking the orders from the customer

What do you like best about Zoho Forms?

The layout of the Zoho Forms control panel is clean and easy to navigate. The instructions for each of the features are straightforward and don't take long to figure out. Getting signed up and started with a form only takes minutes. The quality of the form is professional and good enough for most business purposes I've used them in. There are many different uses for the forms, so it's a quite versatile platform. Zoho Forms has many nice templates for forms like contracts, registrations and surveys.
