We have paid for our subscription so we can also customize the background of the form and include our company logo on the form. Users don't even realize they are using a form I built in a software - it is all so seamless. **What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?** The only thing I dislike about Zoho Forms is that when you have many fields (in the builder section of the software), it can be hard to find a specific field. I would like Zoho to offer a "grouped" feature for fields. I feel like I scroll endlessly sometimes! The other work-around I found is to search for text on the page. So, I'll "Command F" (on a mac) and just type in a particular word.
