What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

I use Zoho Expense to consolidate my day-to-day business expenses seamlessly and submit claims at the end of every month. I love the ability to immediately capture expenses with a photo and leave them unallocated until ready for submission, which reduces the chances of missing any expenses significantly. Also, as a normal user, I found the setup quite easy, and it's great that you can choose to be as detailed as you want or keep it simple, with the setup being almost ready to go. What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

Maybe the user interface can be a little bit more simplified, intuitive. As a normal user, it's quite easy, but for an admin, it was a little bit tedious. What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

I’ve been using Zoho Expense for a while now, and honestly it’s been very helpful for managing our expenses. It makes it easy to track submissions, follow up on reports, and see all spendings in one place without confusion.

Before using it, things were a bit messy and hard to follow, especially when dealing with multiple invoices and approvals. Now everything is organized, and I can quickly check the status of any expense or report.

The interface is simple and easy to use, even for people who are not very technical. Submitting expenses doesn’t take much time, and the approval workflow is clear, which helps avoid delays.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

Zoho Expense solves the problem of disorganized and hard-to-track expenses. Before using it, we had issues with scattered receipts, unclear approval status, and difficulty following up on submitted reports. It was time-consuming and sometimes led to delays or confusion.

Now, everything is centralized in one system. I can easily track submissions, check report status, and monitor all spendings in real time. This saves a lot of time and reduces errors.

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

I like the ease of uploading the information I need in Zoho Expense. With this feature, I don't need to manually enter the data from the receipts, as the system automatically understands what needs to be done. This helps me a lot in managing personal finances, organizing bills and reimbursement requests, which I previously had difficulty controlling and saving. What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

I had difficulties with the card issue, when it came to connecting credit cards from some banks, which at the time seemed like the bank was not receiving or something was happening and the bank was not receiving notification to validate that card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
