Customer support has also been very helpful and replied promptly as needed. I've been encouraging my team to use it on a daily basis to create reports and submit them. **What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?** I think the platform itself requires to broaded on vendor analytics. Also when I autoscan receipts, new vendors automatically get created that have to be merged / deleted later so that issue has to be addressed. **What problems is Zoho Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its been incredily useful in helping me track my analtyics regarding expenses and profitability. Given that it is cloud based, the issue of collecting receipts in a central location and uploading them has also gone. ### 36.
