I like that Zoho Expense accepts almost any attachment for a receipt. It's great because people can send you a PDF, others might send jpgs, or sometimes you just need to use your phone to take a photo of a receipt or a screenshot. At one point, our expense reports only took a few minutes because it was set up to go directly with our corporate credit cards. Now, I actually have to type in many of the full credit card statements myself. It would really benefit from being able to upload my credit card statement. I've spent a good bit of time trying to do just that, but it hasn't worked. I have one of the largest monthly expense reports at the company, and sometimes it takes over an hour. Also, our accounting department will not answer any questions that staff have asked regarding Zoho. So we kind of learn on our own just to get the expenses in on time. I don't think I would recommend it. I would look for software that integrated credit cards to make it as easy as it was when I first used it. This may be an issue with the company I work for that uses Zoho, but it would make no sense to let technology and features go backward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We are an international NGO and needed a way to track our expenses in a Brazilian Real vs our base currency of USD. Zoho Expense is the only platform we found that could do that, and it was also super easy! Our director in Brazil uploaded the app to her phone and took a picture of a recent receipt, and voila, it appeared on our web-based home screen waiting to be approved and processed.
