The interface has a lot of options, so some settings and automation rules are hard to find without help from our admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple yet powerful tool that help teams stay organized."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

It is easy to use and doesnot take much time to get familiar with. It helps keep leads, customer details and follow-ups organized in one place. It is simple to navigate and keeps our sales process organized. The customization and automation features saves a lot of time. It is a good value for money and integrates well with the tools we already use within our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

At times the interface can feel a bit cluttered, specially when working with multiple modules. Some advanced features take time to set up and the reporting options could be more flexible for specific business requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best software for client management and online business"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Here are some new features which Zoho CRM users have found beneficial.

* AI capabilities with Zia. Enhanced lead prediction, automation suggestion, email suggestions and sales forecasting tools.

* Stronger automation functionality. More fluid workflows, as well as, blueprints make repetitive tasks easier.

* Greater data visualisation and reports. Reports can be much more customised with greater detail and appear more intuitive.

* Better all-round omnichannel system for communication. Emails, phone calls, chat and social media conversations can be better managed in one space.

* Better integration links. Increased capability to integrate with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and other Zoho products.

* Better customisation, more advanced controls and improved UI. Improved layout and flexibility for module customization and automation setup.

* Enhanced performance and accessibility on mobile devices. Better useability for tasks such as viewing leads, assigning tasks and making changes to records.

A brief, review-style answer could read like this:

I have found the newer features like the automated learning and suggestions that come with Zia beneficial. The improved data visualisations are excellent and the ease of communication through an omnichannel platform is very valuable. Overall the platform now seems more unified, and easily adjustable to meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

There is potential to be much more consistent with UI across Zoho CRM and to streamline the learning curve for advanced customization options. It can get complicated very quickly to use some workflows/settings. Performance with lots of data, or with very customized modules, can suffer. And while third-party integrations and report configuration could always be more seamless, those would elevate the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile CRM with Room for Email Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like how Zoho CRM completely handles the project management and project account management, making it easier to manage client accounts. It's also useful for handling contact information and sharing it among groups and users within the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I think there must be a little bit of improvement related to sharing via email or configuring emails in Zoho CRM, which I feel is currently missing. The system should not rely on any external email messaging tools. Instead, it should support internal communication through our own company's email system or Outlook, so it can be achieved without extra tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration, Easy Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I find Zoho CRM extremely seamless for an app that is made in India and exported globally. One of the key qualities is its seamless integration with other customer datasets and the tickets that are being raised. I also appreciate the really good quality of the UI, which is structured around productivity. It was very easy to set up with the help of our technical team, who got everything ready within a day, letting us get to work confidently, knowing our data wouldn't be leaked. Zoho CRM connects well with my tech team of technicians, which is great for managing customers and business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I think just its outreach and how well it is accustomed to fit better with the global players when you're talking about finance and payments and issues like that. That could be improved a little bit as if you see the other competitors, they have a dominance or presence before Zoho. So it makes sense that it's always an emerging player, but it should do well in those aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One platform, smarter workflows, faster growth, zero chaos"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM not only streamlines sales, but also improves customer relationships. It supports automated workflows and integrated apps, and it boosts productivity for growing businesses with a clean UI and affordable pricing. That said, there can be occasional complexity, integration quirks, and a learning curve. Overall, performance is fast, onboarding is smooth, and the AI integration is a helpful addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Powerful but complex, with some UI inconsistencies and a steep learning curve. The AI features feel limited in depth, and I’ve run into integration bugs. Support responses can be slow, and customization sometimes requires expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho CRM: complete and convenient, but requires method and time for configuration"
3/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a very useful tool for organizing and managing customer relationships, leads, and business opportunities in a more structured way. In an agency context, where it is often necessary to follow multiple prospects, negotiations, activities, and communications simultaneously, it helps to keep everything more organized and easily trackable.

The aspect we appreciate the most is the ability to centralize information: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, follow-ups, and interaction history can be managed in a single environment. This allows the sales and marketing team to have a clearer view of the status of each opportunity and to work with greater continuity.

From the **UI/UX** perspective, the interface is quite clear and allows navigation between leads, contacts, pipeline, and activities without too much difficulty. The ability to customize views, fields, and dashboards is very useful because it allows the CRM to be adapted to one's way of working.

**Integrations** are another strong point: Zoho CRM connects well with email marketing tools, contact forms, automations, sales tools, and other products in the Zoho ecosystem. This helps reduce manual activities and makes the data flow between marketing and sales smoother.

In terms of **performance**, the platform is stable and suitable for managing larger databases, complex sales pipelines, and teams with different roles. The **quality/price ratio** is interesting, especially compared to more expensive CRMs, because it offers many features even in the intermediate plans.

The **onboarding** is also quite accessible: you can start with a simple configuration and then add automations, workflows, reports, and more advanced customizations over time. The part related to **AI and intelligence** is useful for better analyzing opportunities, automating some activities, and improving follow-up management.

Overall, Zoho CRM is a complete, flexible, and affordable solution for companies, agencies, and sales teams that want to manage leads, customers, and negotiations in a more organized and scalable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The less immediate aspect of Zoho CRM is that, although it is very comprehensive, it may take some time to be properly configured according to business processes.

For basic use, it is quite simple, but when you start customizing pipelines, fields, automations, reports, and integrations, an initial phase of careful setup is needed. If the CRM is not well-structured from the beginning, there is a risk of creating unclear workflows or data that is not always organized.

Even the interface, in some sections, could be made more modern and immediate: there are many features available, but they are not always intuitive at first use for those who do not have experience with CRM tools.

Overall, however, I do not consider it a serious limitation. Zoho CRM offers an excellent quality/price ratio and many customization possibilities, but to really make the most of it, a minimum of method, training, and initial configuration is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho CRM: Seamless Google Ads & Analytics Integration for a Unified Marketing View"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The most helpful part of Zoho CRM from a marketing perspective is that it can readily slot into other marketing tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics. A unified view of our marketing efforts helps us tremendously to be as efficient as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Integration with other marketing and knowing all that Zoho can do is hard. Our B2B marketing team are marketers, and not tech. It is not feasible to expect them to do all the research themselves when they have targets to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to use while still being powerful. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

What I dislike about Zoho CRM is that, at times, it can feel a bit overwhelming especially when you’re just getting started. There are so many features and settings that it takes time to fully understand how everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Zoho CRM's user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate. Its integration capabilities with other tools and platforms, like connecting CRM to marketing and accounting tools, is also something I appreciate. The system's ease of use means our team can quickly learn and use it without training, which boosts productivity. The initial setup was very friendly and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
