Since we use Zoho Mail and other Zoho products, it's really easy to implement Docs CRM. Also, it's mobile-friendly, and I can access a lot of data on mobile. When I'm on a trip, like on a bus with no room for a laptop, it's easy to use Zoho CRM on my mobile phone or tablet.
