I’m still having a hard time using Zoho to its full potential. At times, it doesn’t feel very user-friendly, and there are a lot of steps that have to be completed for it to work the way you want it to. That said, I do like that we’ve integrated our phone lines with Zoho, so all calls come through there, along with website requests. The support from the help desk is challenging at times and I feel I leave with more questions then answers. When Zoho is working the way we need it, I do like how it displays our performance when it comes to leads and what gets converted into a deal.
