I appreciate that Zoho CRM is a cloud-based platform that effectively supports managing business sales and customer service, making it easy to track and interact with customers while also automating tasks. I find it incredibly useful that I can capture leads from multiple sources and have them automatically integrated into the CRM. It allows me to build and visualize the sales process stages, such as prospects, qualified, and proposals, and includes beneficial forecasting tools. Additionally, Zoho CRM handles various communication channels excellently, whether it's email, phone, chat, or social media, and facilitates collaboration with others.
