# Is there a way to sync Candidates based on OR criteria, rather than just AND criteria? For example, I have different job titles for the same job in my Zoho Recruit database. It's because different companies refer to these employees differently. I'd like to be able to group all of these candidates together by putting criteria like job title CONTAINS "Underwriter" OR "quality control" . Does this currently exist?
