# On the quoting tool, there should be an option to include sub-totals.
For example, a total of the RRPs and then another total for the customers buy price. Meaning you can show the discounted total relative to the full list price.

# Why is it that when using Assist in Zoho, to join on the dashboard screen never connects?
If I invite someone to a remote session and stay on the invite page it works fine. But, if I go back to the Assist dashboard in-session screen, the remote session never initiates a connection.

# Is there a way to set a proposal template that you can host and send through Zoho CRM?
Im looking for a way that once my prospect says they are interested, I can just open my services agreement within zoho and the information is prefilled mostly and then I add any custom pricing or details and send it from zoho
