It has a Centralized contract repository, automated workflows, and also Integration with other Zoho products **What do you dislike about Zoho Contracts?** The tool has limited customization options and limited integration with third-party applications. Most importantly Zoho Contracts provides support through email and chat, but phone support is only available for higher-tiered plans. **What problems is Zoho Contracts solving and how is that benefiting you?** All contracts can be managed, searched, and organized from a single location. Also, we can create custom workflows for contract review, approval, and renewal, automating the entire contract management process and reducing the need for manual intervention. ### 2. Also, the Zoho Sign integration is mediocre, as you manually add the signature field each time a contract is sent to Zoho Sign. **What problems is Zoho Contracts solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to create a limited number of contracts, so it was a no-brainer to choose Zoho Contracts. The plus point is that it is already integrated into the Zoho One suite. ### 3.
