What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?

It is difficult to remember which items are in the Settings submenus and which are in the Site Settings submenus. Is there an intuitive map to learn from?

Also, the increasing costs as we need to add different ZOHO products which we could not determine from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good product specially if you are using other Zoho applications as it provides integration, need to enhance website templates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no downsides but would be helpful if you can add some more exciting website templates like you get on Shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
