What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?

Good things, I have found about using Zoho Commerce:-

1. For existing Zoho users, the seamless integration is like a game-changer. They will experience excellent connectivity with other Zoho apps and third-party tools, reducing operational silos.

2. It is more affordable than some other platforms like Shopify Plus or BigCommerce.

3. Easy setup and navigation with guided steps. Helpful for beginners.

4. Responsive, multi-channel customer support that ensures users have options to raise if they face any issue.

What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?

There are also few Not-So-Good Stuff:-

1. If you want integration with other systems, outside of Zoho ecosystem, you might require technical expertise.

Really not much at all. I thought it'd be easy to integrate since we already use Zoho Books but it was hard to integrate and leaves out a bunch of details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried ZohoCommerce and its great for starting out in ecommerce. However, I feel it misses some advanced features that other popular platforms have, if they bring all those in Zoho, then I think it will become one of the best products.
