What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce? Sometimes it was working slowly and deleted data we could not retrieve easily. What I like the most is integration as a technology enabler. I saw the tremendous advantage of using this - it's simple to set up a store with the integrations you already invested in working with. It may be subjective depending on how the features are used by one - however, I felt the fantastic amount of 3rd party payment gateway available. Still, its payment failures are impacting some of our users complaining at times. Although this is nothing to do with Zoho commerce, the back-end integration should qualify for some SLAs, is my view.
