I've been using Zoho Cliq products for over two years, and it's been the ideal decision for my team and me to acquire a better cloud chat software for real-time interactions. I loved its multi-column style since it makes it extremely easy for us to retrieve data from our prior team. Cliq makes it incredibly simple to make calls and customize our availability; all of our staff are linked through Zoho Cliq, which improves internal communication. It allows us to communicate, phone, and exchange files with our peers; it has all of the functions of a chat program, and we can even share our screen with them. I don't like the alert management; it could be improved; I'd like to have alerts in the form of in and out of office or do not disturb. Second, when I'm sharing my screen or on a call with someone, the software freezes for a couple of minutes before resuming; this error makes my experience with Cliq less than satisfactory.
