These can be monthly subscription payments or yearly renewals, as well as one-time payments (initial purchase or one-off add-ons). There is a lot of customization available for making pages the way you want them to look, and you are able to make multiple pages (for different uses). The pages even work great from a phone and tablet. **What do you dislike about Zoho Checkout?** Zoho Checkout has everything our organization needs for these simple use cases. As a standalone app, it would be nice if a few of the features made it into the middle-cost version (integration with Zoho Campaigns or more than three payment pages), but these are nitpicking a bit. **What problems is Zoho Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho Checkout allows for quick and painless purchasing by customers and allows our internal teams to customize pages quickly and effectively for various use cases and scenarios. ### 2. It's worth mentioning that the solution might be effectively implemented across all industries. The platform enables you to create payment pages and collect online payments via the pages. Moreover, no coding skills are required to use the platform. Customisation of your payment pages is effortless; you could add there your logo, image, header and footer as well as background colours. Zoho is flexible in payments, so it supports many methods and enables receiving recurring and one-time payments. The dashboard is transparent, and everything is divided into sections, which makes the application user-friendly. As a vendor, you have access to real-time analytics, and the data is presented in highly readable forms. The service can be integrated with MailChimp to launch effective email marketing campaigns. Also, a customer refund system is easy to understand for both vendors and customers. **What do you dislike about Zoho Checkout?** The only disadvantage is customer support, which is available 24/5 and doesn't respond quickly. When I had some questions about security issues I had to wait almost three days for a response, and I didn't receive a comprehensive answer. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Checkout:** If you are a vendor and you want to sell your items on the internet, it's worth to create your payment pages to get better control of your business. I highly recommend it for personal use and new companies. You could also try out the software, as the company provides a trial period. **What problems is Zoho Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho Checkout helped me to create payment pages for my business, as it's considered as a reliable site, I fastly gained the trust of my customers. Also, the analytics enabled me to understand the needs of the market and create a successful product. Moreover, the platform provides a tool to develop coupons so that I could create a small affiliate group. ### 3. Navigation is easy and you can also personalize your page. Three different payment option plans with decent prices that won't break your budget. **What do you dislike about Zoho Checkout?** If you have a side business and do a lot of your work on weekends, there isn't any weekend support, which can be difficult if you encounter a payment issue that you need to have resolved with a customer right away. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Checkout:** all cloud-based, so very convenient if that's how most of your payments work. you can also integrate MailChimp and other platforms, so if you're on the smaller business end, this platform is really useful. Do keep in mind there are three different payment/plan options. Choose wisely which one best suits your organization needs. You also have to sign up via organization email if I remember correctly, so it helps protect against spam or fake pages, making this platform reliable and effective, even if it is less well-known. **What problems is Zoho Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easier payment checkouts for student organization payments, donations, etc. ### 4. And saved my lot of time . **What do you dislike about Zoho Checkout?** Some functions missing to integrate with other external automations., And there are some problems while connecting with online purses of popular system , other than that best software by Zoho like its other platforms. **What problems is Zoho Checkout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved my many business problems, Its very fast , simple and affordable , which helped me to save my time , at first we did our every single work manually , But with Checkout everything is now automated.
