This way we only keep leads in our CRM with active contacts that are actually opening or clicking on our emails. Also, the email automation and workflows allow us to set up our send schedules in advance and just let it run. **What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?** Sometime the sync between Campaigns and CRM doesn't seem to work 100%. There doesn't seem to be any logical reason why some contacts don't sync to the CRM and that's frustrating as there could be a few that don't sync. The email templates aren't always the easiest to edit. There doesn't seem to be a way of sending a test email directly from the template once you're built a template. Instead you have to basically start setting up a campaign before you get the option of sending a test email. That is VERY frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Campaigns:** I don't think I would have chosen Zoho Campaigns by itself if it didn't have all the other integrations as well. I think you need to look at the whole picture and see if you have use of the other Zoho Apps as well, especially the CRM and if so Zoho Campaigns is a no-brainer. **What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing for us is the syncing between an email marketing platform and CRM. We could do something similar if we set it up with Webhooks through Zapier maybe but this was a much better solution and with the pricing of Zoho One for a small organization like ours it is unbeatable. ### 9.
