I have used Zoho Books for running an importing and exporting company. It's use of multiple currencys works great with suppliers in other countries. It's free version is great for start ups and small businesses. You can upgrade for extra features as your needs and business grows. It will link to your bank and credit card accounts, which makes tracking expenses easy. They have in app chat support that is fairly responsive.
