
I find Zoho Bookings easy to use and it's great because of its pricing. Clients can easily book themselves in without me needing to. The setup was very easy; I just went through it step by step and did it myself. I also appreciate that Zoho is priced in Australian dollars, so the exchange rate doesn't affect it. Plus, I use Zoho Bookings and Meetings together, which is convenient. I have Square payment added so clients can pay for appointments in advance if they like. Overall, I would definitely rate it a 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using Zoho Bookings on my phone, the calendar drop-down box won't load the full month. I have to scroll through week by week, which is a pain when booking someone 6 or 8 weeks in advance. I also can't edit client details on the mobile; I can add them but can't change errors. Blocking and unblocking days and hours is tricky too.
