I find Zoho Bookings easy to use and it's great because of its pricing. Clients can easily book themselves in without me needing to. The setup was very easy; I just went through it step by step and did it myself. I also appreciate that Zoho is priced in Australian dollars, so the exchange rate doesn't affect it. Plus, I use Zoho Bookings and Meetings together, which is convenient. I have Square payment added so clients can pay for appointments in advance if they like. When using Zoho Bookings on my phone, the calendar drop-down box won't load the full month. I have to scroll through week by week, which is a pain when booking someone 6 or 8 weeks in advance. I also can't edit client details on the mobile; I can add them but can't change errors. Blocking and unblocking days and hours is tricky too. zoho bookings integration with anything else other than zoho meetings is a pain. for instance, when setting up the integration, the UI doesn't confirm if the MS teams or calendar integration is done fully. Even if it is don't the platform shows done. So you really dont know. Plus we are facing the issue wherein once meetings are booked via Zoho Booking, the calendar invite emails dont have the link embedded. Issue not resolved yet. 1. The User interface of any zoho product is very good and understandable, and this Zoho Booking is also not an exception. It has an amazing UI and easily understandable meeting scheduling steps.

2. It has very much affordable pricing point but yet very efficient tool for businesses.

Due to it being part of the Zoho one package, it allows you to use it without paying for extra software. It is also very simple to use and can really be effective if you only want one platform like Zoho Meetings which is also part of the Zoho One subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs to allow you to ask your clients what platform they would like to meet on. Rather they ask you to make a separate meeting for Zoom or Teams etc. That is not a great way to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use the Zoho CRM and have found a slight issue with bookings not appearing as activities, tasks, or meetings under deals - a bit of a niche issue, but that's about all we found that we have not been 100% happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Bookings works quite well even with other applications, such as Zoho Recruit. We had a workflow where we would send the name and email address as URL parameters to Zoho Bookings, so that the recruitees didn't have to fill out their details twice. As a Google Calendar user it's a bit frustrating that Zoho Bookings doesn't use the existing entries in Google Calendar to determine if I'm available or not. It only uses the time slots booked directly via Zoho Bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho booking software is great because it allows me to manage all our needs & provide personalized email replies, even with different templates for different events.
