"Zoho Assist: Easy Deployment, Stable Remote Sessions, and Great Value for MSPs"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

As a small MSP currently testing Zoho Assist during a trial period, we’ve been impressed with the results so far. What stands out most is how easy it is to deploy and configure unattended access across client machines. The setup process has been straightforward, which is important for a small team like ours.

The remote session performance has been stable during our testing, and the interface is clean and intuitive for both technicians and end users. We also appreciate the browser-based option, which simplifies starting support sessions without adding unnecessary steps for clients.

So far, Zoho Assist appears to offer the core functionality we need—reliable remote control, file transfer, and multi-monitor support—at a price point that seems attractive for a small MSP. We’re still evaluating it, but the early experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

Since we’re still in the trial phase, it’s hard to point to major drawbacks at this stage. That said, there are a few areas we’re still evaluating. The interface, while clean, can take a little time to fully understand all available features and settings, especially when configuring unattended access policies across multiple endpoints.

We’re also comparing it closely with other remote support tools to see how it integrates into our existing MSP workflows and tool stack. Some advanced automation and integration options may require higher-tier plans, so we’re still assessing long-term scalability as our client base grows.

Overall, nothing has been a deal-breaker so far, but we’re continuing to test it thoroughly before making a final decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Multi-Platform Remote Support Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I like Zoho Assist for its ease of use and the ability to customize the UI and agents with my own branding, like my logo and business info. It's great that it supports multiple platforms including Windows, OSX, and Android. I appreciate how intuitive and easy to navigate the platform is, making it simple to use all features. The initial setup was very smooth and navigation was clear. I also like that I don't have to host the platform on my own server, which adds to the convenience. Overall, Zoho Assist has excelled at everything I've used it for, and I was impressed enough to switch from RustDesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

I can't think of anything at the moment. It has excelled at everything I have used so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
